I have been a teacher for 27 years, with most ofthe time at Shevchenko School in Vita, MB. Most recently I have been teaching Middle Years ELA, and Senior Years ICT.  I think extracurricular activities are important to students.  I coach our Reach for the Top teams, am one of the Yearbook advisors, and Produce and Direct our annual drama productions.  

Shevchenko joined Middle Years Esport Manitoba in the 2020-2021 school year as I was looking for ways to engage students in extra-curricular activities that could be done during the pandemic restrictions.  I've been involved with the Senior Years council since MSEA was formed and have been the commissioner for Senior Years Brawlhalla.
