Judith Cooper's love affair with Minecraft began years ago when she was intrigued by the enthusiasm of her students. After a humorous initial experience getting lost in the game's void, Cooper became a dedicated Minecraft player and eventually a Global Minecraft Ambassador. This led her to explore esports, earn certifications through NASEF and Minecraft Education, and become a champion for early-years play. Within the MVSD, Cooper has established three elementary school Minecraft groups, a Minecraft Student Ambassador cohort, and is eager to assist other schools in their esports endeavors.

A longtime gamer herself, Cooper recalls creating her own map to navigate the tunnels of Final Fantasy 1 and continues to enjoy games featuring Link and her pal Goomba.
